How do I find my organization's store?
Use the search box on the homepage. If your organization isn't listed, reach out to your team or club directly — they may not have set up their store yet.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2-3 weeks, since each item is made to order after you purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are custom-made for your organization (and sometimes personalized with a name or number), we're unable to accept returns unless there's a defect or production error. Contact us if something arrived wrong.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — checkout is handled entirely by Square. We never see or store your card details.
Can I customize an item with a name or number?
Where available, personalization options appear on the item's page with their own price. Not every item supports this — it depends on what your organization has set up.
